today is a stay at home and rot day. caught my usual daily teen titans and then used com. then watch hbo and used com. i think the only constructive things i did were after 6pm.
1. went to put the cones into futsal locker.
2. went to the gym for a while.
3. bought duck rice for my family.

but anyway tmr we are going to the beach!
as if i ain't tanned enough.
and basket, yin feng and alwin were in malaysia. i din't know and called them. wow.

i should start reading my books i borrowed from the library last week.
and i ran out of protein.
i'm thinking of getting some HGH releasers from USA.
cant get them in sg.
and i'm running out of L-arginine pyroglutamate.
ahh, all so ex.
but its still cheaper than maintaining a girlfriend. after all, they are just accessories.
