i watched tennis ytd. ana ivanovic is quite hot. i think thats the spelling. im no serbian.
so i kinda asked my dad to play tennis with me. woah. he's good. i didn't know man. he plays like federer, calm, cool, collected then chu zhao. wa lao. and i spend lke 2 hours loading his oldies on cd to thumb drive for him.

after that went to parkway parade for fun. mum went for massage and so ended up at borders. so i spent my time reading mags on investing. cool, didn't know about erm absolute returns on investment, or something like that, and everyone was like talking about inflation. yeah it sucks. so guys, you know better spend all you can this GSS before inflation erodes your real value of the Sing dollar. but you know its a good thing that the govt has let the Sdollar to appreciate so yeah things dont get to expensive. its the bloody speculators man.

how to beat inflation?
invest in properties. this one everyone know yeah. dont need explain much.
Commodities. like gold, precious metals, oil, energy. but the wierd thing is putting your money where the cause of inflation is, to beat inflation. hahaha. but its only good for the start of the economic cycle. so good for initial investment then pull out. well if by now you are not on this bandwagon, dont bother.
equities? on the average, equities do better in the long run than other investments in beat inflation. BUT, look at the world equity markets. its all not doing so well, so by putting your money in EXTREMLY volatile and unpredictable markets at such a bad time. you can say good bye to your money. whats worse than, with your equity portfolio showing negative growth over high inflationary periods. yeah, not good.
And i dont think that the increasing inflation will go away just yet, i think its here to stay for at least for 2 years. so the thing now should you sit tight and ride over this period? or invest in real return securities? or equities? or commodites? bonds = generally NONO.
take your pick.

anyway, so yeah went to have ba kut teh at Joo chiat. saw many BMWs there. WHAT SO NICE ABOUT A BMW? omg. except for the M series. yeah the Z series definately NOT a looker. omg poor designs. and i saw an AUDI S3. beautiful car. Audi make damn good cars. so pretty and powerful too. if given the choice, i'd rather pick an R8 over an lamborghini murcielago or Ferrari 612 Scaglietti. but sorry audi, im gonna go with the enzo man. and i heard the Ferrari California is coming out soon. and theres the Ferrari FXX. omg. raw power. but its not really street legal. yet. i think.

So came home and watched Garfield on channel 5. yeah Jennifer Love Hewitt is hot in that movie. ahhh. and garfield is so cute and witty. reminds me of myself man. subtract the cute part. anyway garfield reminds me of aeq. i miss our child man.

and i havent finished watching elizabethtown again. i'm taking so long, its been like 3 days already. everyday watch 20 mins. -.- but its such a beautiful show. its what a movie should be made off. maybe im overrating it, maybe its because i can totally relate to it. and orlando boom and kirsten dunst are so perfect for the role they are playing man. its perfect.

tmr got futsal camp! should i be enthuastic or what man. and i havent packed yet.
