yummy. peking duck. worship it.


the poached egg. dang! i was told how to cook it. yet my first encounter ended up with the egg white being dispersed. then upon more stirring the yolk followed suit. alright. they said put a bit of vinegar to prevent such dispersion. dang. i din't know.

i need to get 61 freaking marks for my ief to pass it. no way in hell i'm gonna retake it. especially with very passionate lecturers and tutors.
